Welcome to EmpowHER. Red puffy eyes can be caused by many things. Such as allergies, crying too much, not getting a good night sleep and many other. If you feel that this doesn't seem to improve or go away. You should see your doctor soon. Many other serious conditions can cause these symptoms as well.
