I have pain in my right ear and right lower jaw, also pain in center of my chest and pen and needles in both hands. Now feels like ears are stopped up. What is going on with me?

If this has come on suddenly and you don't feel as if it's caused by anxiety at all, seek medical treatment right away. Your symptoms sound concerning to me. It could be any number of things. Only a doctor can tell you what is going on.
