I have a question about sex and would like to talk to someone about a problem i'm having

I have never had an orgasm during sex with my husband. We found a way for me to have one by oral sex but even then it is difficult sometimes to get one. I would like to be able to have one with him or at least just have one. It is really upsetting to me to come close and not get there. It also makes me feel like a failure that I can't. I would like someone to talk to about this so I can better explain and hopefully fix it. Please write me back so I can talk to someone about this.
