Hello and thank you for sharing your question.

The surgery for ectopic pregnancy removes the ectopic growth and/or the fallopian tube with the implantation.

The future possibility of getting pregnant will depend on risk factors such as the amount of damage to the fallopian tube(s), the use of ART, smoking etc.

If you have one healthy fallopian tube you will still be able to get pregnant.

Your doctor will be able to look up the medical records in order to tell you the specifics of the operation.  Perhaps a good option for you would be Intrauterine insemination (IUI).  This kind of insemination places the sperm directly into the uterus.  This way, there is no chance of it implanting in the fallopian tubes.
