i wanted a DNS test to see how my meds were being metabolized and my psychiatrist said it was to expensive a test then my therapist said its on a sight called Genosight and pele have it done all the time my practioner said no I know my medicine is not working but no one will listen.

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.
Such as test is a great way to know how the medications are effecting your metabolism and frankly if you want it done, no one can deny you that right. It may be expensive, but if the information is worth the cost then I think you should do it for your own peace of mind.
Your psychologist, therapist, and practitioner are there to give you advice but in the end, your health is in your hands and decisions about your health are determined by you.
