I have type 2 diabetes. Lately I am having sudden low blood sugar episodes . I passes out one time. Also having headaches and losing weight. What is going on?

Your situation is actually not that uncommon although it's far more common in Type 1.

Causes can be medication that needs adjustment, going too long between meals/snacks or even over-exercising.
Many people with Type 2 are advised to lose weight as being over-weight can cause Type 2 in the first place. If you have not been trying to lose weight and you are not doing any of the above activities that can cause a drop in low blood sugar, talk to your doctor.
