I just started working again and im standing for 10 to 12 hrs aday.I am a borderlune diabetic and I have numbenes in my toe and feet hurts.

Make sure you wear shoes with good support or have inserts for extra cushioning/comfort. Support stocking might also help. Is there any way you can limit your standing? Perhaps talk to your employer about non-standing tasks you can do. If that's not possible, you might need to look for a job less stressful on your legs and feet.
