Thanks for posting your question to the community. According to the Mayo Clinic, sperm outside of the body (ejaculate, etc.) can only live a couple hours. It is only very remotely possible that your girlfriend could have gotten pregnant in the way you describe. If you and your girlfriend continue to be intimate, maybe you should be responsible, and use some kind of birth control (condom, spermicide, etc.) to avoid pregnancy. And you also may want to wash your hands more regularly, especially after masturbation to avoid any chance of "super sperm" getting her pregnant.
