I need to know conception date?

Okay i've been here before asking the same question but now I am 32 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend is still having his doubts.
The Last time I had intercourse with anyone else was on Feb.25th, 2010.
I got a period which was brown and red and lasted for only 2 days on March 6th, 2010.
Me and my boyfriend had intercourse for the first time on March 28th, 2010.
My first ultrasound was on April 29th, 2010 where they told me I was 6 weeks pregnant. My doctor sent me for that ultrasound because of the fact that my period was so short he was concerned it might not have been a period the ultrasound technician then clearified it was my period.

My boyfriend claims that 6 weeks was to long it should of only been 4 weeks if it was his child. When I told my doctor this he said it was my boyfriends with his calculations of the dates.
On June 2nd, 2010 I went for another ultrasound where they told me I was 12 weeks along and when I asked for a conception date she said March 25th give or take a few days and then they told me my due date would be Dec. 15th, 2010.
My first o.b. visit was on July 12th, 2010 where he gave me a due date of Dec. 13th because my period was on March 6th, 2010 he said it should be the 11th but since the ultrasound gave me the 15th he will just put it somewhere in the middle.
Anyways my question is could there be any chance that it isnt my boyfriends and be my ex boyfriends who I had slept with on Feb. 25th or would they have figured that conception date out by now?
