I took 2tabs of postinor 2 on the 4th of April, my mensuration came on the normal date which was 18th April, on the 30th of April I started bleeding again though not heavy but consistently till today which is 7th of May. What do I do? Is it abnormal?

This change of cycle is likely due to taking emergency contraception. It's not an indicator of pregnancy although you can take a test now at any time if you have concerns.
Your cycle should get back to normal within a four week window from now.
