I took the first dose of postinor 2 23 hrs after sex and I took the second dose 15hrs later cos I slept off and didn't take at the 12th hour .hope it's still effective

A few hours delay should not cause it to be less effective. Emergency birth control is up to 95% effective when taken within about a day of sex.
