My boyfriend and I were messing around and I had my pants on (NO PANTIES) and I think he may have had his thing out and was (dry humoing me) at the time I was paranoid that he had c***** or pre C****** or touched it then touched me down there this happened on the 25th at about 1245am I went to pp and took next choice on the 27th at 245.. Then 2 days after I kept feeling like I had to pee after I already did, I asked if he had c****** or pre and he said no a week later I am bleeding but have some pain in my lower stomach I am worried but everyone tells me I am fine that I am just stressing out I took 3 pregnancy test all negative I am worried stressed any help I would appreciate....

It's difficult to understand what you did with your boyfriend if you use stars instead of actual words. The reason why you're bleeding is because Next Choice can cause a change in your period-- it is important that you read side effects of medications prior to taking them. 

Even if you were not wearing panties, sperm does not permeate through clothing and into your vagina. Pre-ejaculation and sperm can be seen on your pants if he did in fact ejaculate.
