i used to have periods for 5 days. that was average length. now it has been sometime (Say almost a year) that my periods duration is hardly upto 3 days now. why there is this change? should i be worried?

after my periods end, i sometimes feel lower abdominal pain that usually begans when periods are about to start. im not sure if its normal or not. what should i do?

Periods can change as we get older and many things can impact the menstrual cycle. I would not be too worried as long as you are still having your periods, but I think it's worth mentioning to your GYN for your peace of mind.
