I am fourteen about to turn fifteen and I just want to lose some of my belly. I am 5'5 and 124. Its not necessarily my weight I'm worried about. Like what kind of food is best for me? I'm pretty active. I do competition dance almost every other day. I really want abs and lose some butt fat. Can someone help me?
