when i was 20 years of age i got my laprotomy done for stane 3 endometriosis,they removed the cysts around the ovaries then i was on the "pill" for the last 6 years,i got married about 6 months ago and started to have severe pelvic pain after a month of the wedding ,drs said that the only solution to get rid of the pain is to get pregnant as soon as possible and that i can never get pregnant otherwise due to endo, and i should go for IVF,i just got my laproscopy done 15days back from now and i was told that my endo is inactive ,what do you suggest IVF or IUI?

I have never heard of a doctor telling a women to get pregnant in order to cease pain. Do you trust your doctor, and have you asked for a second opinion?
The question between conceiving using the two methods you asked about, IVF versus IUI is not as simple as it sounds. There are specific reasons that a woman and her doctor would choose IVF versus IUI, depending on individual factors including age, reasons for infertility, insurance coverage/out-of-pocket costs, medical conditions, partner's fertility, etc. These are all specific factors that are so specific and unique to each woman, that an online community can not tell you what is right for you; you can gather information from women who have experienced each fertility "technology" to learn more about each option.
I am not sure what you know about each option, what your doctor has recommended, if your health insurance covers either choice, and if you know there are other choices besides "only" IUI and IVF. There are actually different types within these broader terms, and there is a cost difference too.

thank you for the early response,my insurance doesnt cover either of the two treatments but money is not important than health and family,i will definetly get another opinion now.
