if i have either low or high estrogen what is the treatment or prescibed drugs to use because i experience both symptoms now so what o i do?

Some of the treatments for hormonal imbalance depends on what is causing it.  This is something you will need to discuss with your doctor.  Treatment can include, lifestyle changes such as exercise, eating the right diet and or hormonal replacement therapy. Have you discuss your blood results with your doctor?
