im bleeding every day ever since i had sex on 8/16/13 my boyfriend said maybe he had sex with me too hard i have to were pads every day and i bleed while i pee what should i do

Hi Courious,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Not sure the bleeding is due to having sex.  Many diseases and conditions can cause rectal bleeding. Common causes include:

  • Anal fissures
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Cancers and polyps of the rectum and colon
  • Abnormal blood vessels (angiodysplasia)
  • Ulcerative proctitis
  • Crohn's colitis   If the bleeding continues, it might be best to see a doctor for testing.
