hi im only 16 i never had sex before and i havent had my period in like 5 months. it is usually irregular but not this long and its getting me worried specially because i feel bloated and i been having random muscle spasms in my stomach and some pain. also i have been doing gymnastics this year and im on acid reflux medication and a lot of stress too and i had a hard fight with a friend a few months ago... can that be a reason for it being so late ? i went to the doctor already and they said that my blood tests show that one of my hormone levels is too high and they want more tests .... which ... what does high hormone level mean ? also i know its crazy and it does make me feel stupid but im freaking out im virgin therefore should not be pregnant but i feel fatter...... this is driving me crazy and creating a lot of stress help please !!!

Welcome to EmpowHER. Your age and stress can be the cause of your irregular cycles. But, you need to wait until your doctor performs the rest of the tests and you can discuss with him the results of your blood test. He will then choose the right treatment for you.
