December 21, 2010 - 9:39amThanks for your question. It always is good to note changes in your breast skin and nipples. If you are concerned, contact your doctor to get checked out. You also can keep an eye on the area to make note of signs of infection. Do you recall injuring the area, or could it be from sleeping on it? If the "dent" persists, hurts, looks red or seems hot, get it checked out.
