I'm down to 180 lbs and on thyroid medication levothyroxine 200mcg (0.2mg)I haven't had blood work done in 9 months my mood is bad am I on to much it's one time a day in the morning

Thank you for writing.
We are not in a position to tell you how much medication to take but it sounds like you need to see your physician for a checkup to know where your thyroid counts are so that if your medication needs an adjustment, this can be done then.
