I had tubes tied around 6 years ago, I had my period on time this month and not due again until 11 days I'm alittle nauseated, bloated, and I'm having some sharp pain more on left side but it feels like something heavy in the middle of my adominal. Heat flashes and some brown discharge spotting with egg yolk looking clear discharge.. and extremely thirsty and tired. What's going on?

Welcome to EmpowHER. Many things can be the cause for lower abdominal pain, Ovarian cyst, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, An infection, Gallstones, Ulcers and many other. It's best to see your doctor and he might advise in having imaging test done.
