I'm a fat girl and my period cycle is very irregular sometimes. And sometimes it's like normal also. But I'm sure it's because of my fats and I'm always so stressed. The question is should I concern a doctor? Could it turn out to be a serious disease?

Hi, SSP491.

Thank you for your post.

If you miss another month, I would see your doctor. Stress can have an impact on the menstrual cycle, among other things. Drastic weight loss or weight gain, illness, certain medications, birth control or a hormonal imbalance.
