I'm really scared that I could be pregnant...?

Okay, so about 2 weeks ago I had my first case of unprotected sex. I immediatly went to the health dept. and took a Plan B. I had my period just last week because of it. Last night I accidentally had unprotected sex again. It's too late to go to the health dept. to get a Plan B. And I'm really scared of the possibility I could be pregnant. I'm starting birth control today to make sure (assuming I'm not pregnant) that I will be protected much better. Both times the guy pulled out, and I know that's still a risky move. I haven't had any bleeding or anything since the unprotected sex - but what do I do? How soon can I take a pregnancy test to know final results?

Here's what the manufacturer's website says:

How will I know if Plan B® One-Step worked?

The only way of knowing Plan B® One-Step has been effective is when you get your next period, which should come at the expected time, or within a week of the expected time. If your period is more than 7 days late, you may be pregnant.
