Hi flozy,

How long does this pain last? Are you sure it's after ovulation? How long has this been going on for?

Some people report pain during ovulation.

In this ask, Diane describes the pain experienced during ovulation: https://www.empowher.com/community/ask/abdominal-cramps-10-days-expected-period-pregnancy-or-ovulation

"It feels like a painful twinge in the area of your ovary (usually just one side or the other). It feels like someone is poking you with a sharp stick in that area -- not a cramp at all (at least not in my experience). And it generally lasted just an hour or two. More bothersome than truly painful like you describe."

It's be best to see a doctor for a diagnosis, as it may be something more serious. Good luck, & keep us updated!

Best,

Danielle.
