i don't think it's a pms already, maybe you need just stop to worry and get a doctor consultation here

Hi Anonymous, What your explaining it's possible to be hormone imbalance or PMS. If you experience any pain take over counter Motrin which help for this matter. I'm sure you're not pregnant but to be on the safe side with the symptoms you're experiencing it's best to see a GYN.

Thanks. But now I do not feel any pain at all. It lasted only for three days.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  You can not get pregnant from kissing.  You will need to see your doctor, many other conditions such as hormonal imbalance and many other can cause changes to your cycle.  Especially at your age.

Best,

Thanks. I know it is nearly impossible for me to get pregnant and no makeout can do that. I have missed periods before also but this time I've got bloating and tender breasts too.

Hi Anonymous, You said you had no sex but before having intense makeout have your period been normal then? It is possible to be PMS. If it's bothering you a lot try taking over counter medication such as Motrin (ibuprofen). They are very helpful with PMS symptoms. Let me know if I can help you with anything.
