I am a 40 year old woman who had a hysterectomy at the age of 32. For background prior to the hysterectomy I had been on 2 years of fertility treatments and was finally able to get pregnant. After my daughter was born my PCOS kicked into overdrive and it wasn't long till I was in the hospital. I took 2 forms of hormones for about 6 months, then went to one for about 6 months and then taken off them all together. Recently, I decided enough with this and went to my Nurse Practitioner. After lab work we discovered I have no testosterone or estrogen. So yesterday I had 3 hormone pellets place for a total of 125mg of testosterone and 24mg of estrogen. I know things don't work overnight but today I am an emotional "mess". Any feedback...
