Q:

Is it possible to get pregnant this way?

I was rubbing my boyfriend's penis through his boxers (I'm certain they were dry, at least on the outside). An hour or two later, I took a shower but I didn't to wash my hands first, since I figured it wasn't a big deal as there is soap in the shower. If I washed myself down there is there any way I could have had sperm on my hands still and if there's a pregnancy risk?

Do not worry about it, you are safe.
There should be a direct contact of semen from his penis into your vagina to get you pregnant.

okay, thank you! i just wasn't sure if you could get pregnant through this indirect method, and whether the sperm could still be living or not on my hands.

You are welcome.
Do not worry, it is not that easy to get pregnant.
To get you pregnant, He has to ejaculate inside your vagina or at least somewhere near it (like: vaginal lips) where semen could drip inside.
And sperms do not survive that much once they are outside a human body.
Best Wishes.

Evelin,
you would feel it, if semen got in contact with your vagina.
If you didn't feel any semen dripping on/in your vagina, then you are safe.
(and I am assuming you didn't feel any because you already said you felt his penis was dry).
Get him a condom next time, and be careful if you are not ready for pregnancy at the moment.
Good luck.
