hello, seems to me you are on a severely resticted diet. If your body isnt getting sufficient nutrients your body shits down and does not burn calories in fear of starvation. 900 calories is WAY too little! depending on your height and weight, normal diet caloric intake should be 1200-1800

You may not be eating enough calories. At some point your body goes into starvation mode and will not allow weight loss. I was only eating 800-1000 calories a day and working out 7 days per week. No weight was coming off. I increased my caloric intake and lost 3 pounds in a week. Try it.

ur calorie intake is too low. at the least you should take in 1200, minimum. you probably aren't losing because your body is in starvation mode. find a nice balance. your body needs enough food to use for fuel to burn the fat.

Have you tried the glycemic index to help with weight loss and PCOS? I've seen it work for clients in the past (I am a registered dietitian).

You need to eat more. Consuming more of the right calories will help you drop the weight. Right now your body is in starvation mode, it won't let go of that extra fat, it needs it since you aren't feeding it properly.

You are not eating enough calories in your day, that probably why you are not losing. Your body is in starvation mode.

If you are eating less than 1200 calories a day, your body is in starvation mode and you will not lose weight. On this low amount of calories, your body attacks your muscles for energy. You need to eat at least 1200 calories per day. In fact, you could eat 1500 calories per day and still lose weight, especially if you are working out for 60 minutes

You guys are really silly... starvation mode? not eating enough calories... LOL... not real science. If that was a fact and true than anorexia would be near impossible. Starvation mode only occurs AFTER you have used all excess fuel IE fat... and weight loss is as simple as calories in calories out so if you are really eating only 900 calories a day and not losing weight you are either A. not actually eating that little or B. have a serious medical condition.
