i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and the condom broke but only a small amount of semen leaked out. the next day he bought the Plan B onestep and i took it around the same time we realized the condom broke a few weeks later i got my period and after that i took two pregnancy tests and both were negative and i thought everything was fine but then a sour liquid started coming from my breasts and I'm freaking out I'm not sure what to do

Welcome to EmpowHER. Some of the side effects of Plan B are changes in the next period and breast tenderness. The nipple discharge can be due to hormonal changes. But it might be good to see your doctor if it continues. Lactation doesn't usually starts till about second trimester of pregnancy. Here is a link that might be helpful.
