Low hcg levels only spotted and very bad back and pelvic pain

i took a preg test on the day of my missed period feb 23rd. It came back positive. Docs confirmed positive the next day as well. For the following week i have spotted but nothing major and been havin some major back pain from shoulders down and in my pelvic. I had no cramping or stmach pain. Went to er and my hcg levels were a lil low and had u/s and the u/s tech said everything looks like it where it ahould be. She said bo tubal preg or sign of misscarriage. What could this mean? The pain in my back wont leave and my pelvic but it has eased up a lot. Also the doc said i was four to five weeks

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. If you are experiencing the pelvic and lower back pain, are you sure you don't have a kidney infection? Are you having any pain when you urinate? If you continue to have pain, you should certainly return to your treating physician.
