I had my uterus and cervix removed 20 years ago at age 35. I had bad hot flashes for awhile and now they are occasional. I do take black cohosh in the am and the pm. Is it possible menopause is almost over or is the black cohosh simply working? Thank you

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

The only way to know the answer to your question is to stop the black cohosh and see what happens. If symptoms return, start the black cohosh again. Hopefully this period in your life is over!
