I usually start on the 9th I am fairly regular and log my cycle monthly my cycle is usually 28-33 days. My periods are usually 8-9 days long and heavy. My face breaks out the week before and I always have a constant headache 3 days before I start and I cramp the day I start I was supposed to start 11/9 on 11/14 I took a pregnancy test it came back negative. Yesterday 11/17 I started having sharp cramps and bleeding but it wasn't a normal bleed it was some blood with it but mostly clots today it continued but seems to be stopping. I haven't had any other Pms symptoms Not sure if I should take another test don want to get my hopes up for no reason.

Welcome to EmpowHER. If you had unprotected sex during your fertile days, then your chances for pregnancy to occur are higher. You might want to retake the pregnancy test, if you don't get a normal period. Other conditions can also cause changes to a woman's cycle. If you continue with any new symptoms, you might want to see your OBGYN. Through imaging test or blood work, he can know if you are indeed pregnant. Hope this was helpful?

So after we spoke I spotted from 11/17-11/19 which is unusual for me as I stated previously my avg. period runs from 8-9 days an usually pretty heavy which the spotting was just light. But anyways I haven't had anything since I was supposed to start 12/14 and still nothing and all my test have came up negative. Any help/advise?

Hi Anon,
You might need to see your OBGYN to confirm if you are indeed pregnant or any other condition can also be causing the changes to your cycle.

Thank you and we did have unprotected sec during my fertile window almost everyday but I just didn't know becaus this is not a normal period for me at all and it's still clots but has almost stopped
