Is Motherwort harmful for heavy menstrual bleeding?

I have found contradicting information on the benefits and risks of Motherwort in terms of heavy menstrual bleeding.

Its known to be a one of the best menstrual relief herbs, but i have found info saying it aids heavy bleeding, and also that women with heavy bleeding should not take it..?

According to WebMD, Motherwort is used for the absence of menstrual periods, (among other things). So it would make sense not to use it if bleeding and/or heaving bleeding is present. You can find more information below:
