You should talk with your doctor about the other symptoms that you are experiencing.

Was that your only question, or do you need help with anything else?

the other simptoms is my hands go into a clutching mode, like a spasim, and i carnt feel them or move them, i have pain in all my muscules and always in my right sholder and top of the arm, i have what seems to be small lumps as well, also when i swallow water or food or just when i swallow it goes into a spasom and it really hurts. Over the past few years ive had bad trouble with indigestion front and back, i was put on tablets but they are not working, so i looked muscular dystrophy up and all the symptoms are the same, even down to the constant twitching of the hands and legs, but dont know what to do about it

I am sorry you are having all of these symptoms! You should definitely talk with your doctor, and here is a helpful Muscular Dystrophy Advocacy Sheet that you can review. It talks about diagnostic tests, different types of MD, and questions to ask your doctor.
