Your blood pressure is too high - Hypertension Stage 2.
The requirement for a blood pressure Hypertension Stage 2 is generally a value of 160-179 over 100-109. See your doctor about your blood pressure, but don't hesitate to go to the ER to have it checked if you are feeling scared or feeling unwell.
