My blood pressure was low dr took me off lisenapril 10 m now at home it goes high sometimes he said add potassium and salt now what do I do

Thank you for writing.

Follow your doctors instruction for a week or two but ask him/her for detailed instructions. If you don't see any improvement in the next few weeks, ask your doctor for another evaluation.

A healthy, fresh diet with exercise will also help.
