My blood text shows 140 sodium. I'm usually normal. What can I do?

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing!

A normal sodium level is between 135 and 145 milliequivalents per liter (mEq/L) of sodium. Your level of 140 is right in the middle of that range, meaning they are normal.
If you have concerns, talk to your doctor.
