My gf had a paps nov18 2011 is it possible that it took until Jan 6 2012 to tell her she had trich? I mean somehting as serious as this why would it take this long..Im puzzled @ the lenght of time....

Usually results from a pap smear come back within a week or two but keeping in mind that Thanksgiving and all of the holidays are in November and December, many doctor's office's and labs are closed for some time those two months and can work significantly slower than usual. Has your girlfriend been treated now that she has a diagnosis?
