Thank you for writing.

There are many reasons for white and sore gums - canker sores are a cause. Oral thrush (a kind of yeast) infection could be another reason, while another is anemia - a severe iron deficiency.
You need to see a doctor or dentist to know why this is happening so you can begin to treat it.
