Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
August 8, 2015 - 11:28amHere are some home remedies are can try:
1. moisturize the area at least twice a day: use organic coconut oil or olive oil, while skin is damp
2. do not scratch the areas
3. use anti-itch creams
4. apply cold compresses will suppress itching
5. use a humidifier at home to keep the area from drying out
6. over-the-counter oral anti-itch medication (Benadryl, Zyrtec)
If the eczema worsens however, you may need a stronger medication proscribed by a doctor.
