Q:

My left fallopian tube was removed due to an ectopic pregnancy. This may seem like a silly question, but when I ovulate on my left side, how does the egg travel into my uterus without the fallopian tube there?

From my understanding, your ovum from your left ovary is just absorbed by your body, as there is not a route from your ovary to your uterus. This is for most women (99%). Does this help answer your question?
