Hi, I am a Student, just turned 15 years old last month.
Last week, I had this pain in my Breasts. My breasts were warm && getting sore. It took 5days to be that way, but now thank God it doesn't feel that way anymore but I usually feel that my Lower Abdomen is hurting, It feels like I'm about to have my Period.
My last period started 11th of May, and ended during 17th of May. Today is June 9, and I am expecting to have mens of the 12th or 13th this June. But I can see that my Lower Abdomen is hurting already even though my Period haven't started yet.

My lower Abdomen have been like this for 3days now. I've searched a lot of blog entries that were similar to a case like this, and all they assumed was that it maybe PREGNANCY.
But I don't believe them. I am only 15, VIRGIN. What's the cause? :(
Help me please, I've been worried. And I can't afford going to the Doctor. I need some honest answers regarding this. Thankyou.

Hi Porcelainhix,

Thanks for your question! It sounds like you may be having some symptoms of PMS or PreMenstrual Syndrome. It usually affects women about 1 to 2 weeks prior to getting their period. Symptoms include:

Irritability
Mood swings
Anxiety
Depression
Diminished self-esteem
Difficulty concentrating
Sleep problems
Appetite changes (sugar and/or salt cravings, overeating)
Weight gain
Fatigue
Bloating
Headache
Breast swelling and tenderness
Palpitations
Dizziness
Gastrointestinal upset

Your symptoms should get better once your period comes an will go away before the end of your period.

All the best,

Rosa
