Can you provide us with more information?

You mentioned that your MIL is a "thyroid patient"..what does this mean? Is she currently being diagnosed or treated for a condition or disease that has effected her thyroid, or has she had her thyroid removed? In other words: can you tell us more about the condition of her thyroid (her diagnosis), as well as her current treatment?

When you say your MIL is yelling everyday, do you mean she is yelling because:
1. she is angry (or other negative emotion) with verbal outbursts, or,
2. that she is raising her voice so that others can hear her, or,
3. other reason that she is "yelling" (raising her voice, straining her voice, cursing, creating fights....with or without the emotional frustration, anger or sadness?). Are her actions (seemingly) controllable or uncontrollable by her?

How long has this change in her behavior been occurring?
