Hello tanaaz,
Welcome to the EmpowHER community and thank you for reaching out to us with your problem of irregular menstrual cycles.
M2-Tone is a herbal formulation prescribed to treat PCOS, (polycystic ovary syndrome), menstrual disorders such as dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) and other types of infertility. It contains herbs and salts. It is marketed in India and purported to regulate the hormones responsible for ovulation and menstruation.
Tanaaz, has your physician diagnosed a cause for your irregular menstrual cycles? Have you been told you have polycystic ovary syndrome or another hormonal imbalance?
Treatment of irregular periods depends on the cause.
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and hypothyroidism are two common causes of irregular periods in women. In general, the goal of treatment is to restore the balance of hormones in the body.
An irregular menstrual cycle is often due to a lack or imbalance of certain hormones in the body. Birth control pills often containing the hormones estrogen and progesterone are commonly prescribed to help control irregular periods.
Please tell your doctor that you feel the prescribed M2-Tone is not working.

Hi tanaaz,
I am sorry but there is nothing more that I can say or suggest.
If you are underweight, that could contribute to having irregular periods. Try eating a well balanced diet. Ask your doctor for suggestions regarding nutrition and its impact on your menstrual cycle.
I do not know what Bias syrup is and would never suggest taking any product. I am not a physician.
