I had my period 26 June and it ended at the 30 and since then I was expecting at ending of July and it never came I feel so sad within me what can I do I have no sex what could be the problem

August 1, 2015 - 8:48pmIrregular or even missed periods are usually due to hormonal imbalances which is normal and nothing to worry about. Most women would not have a regular period without hormonal supplements such as birth control.
A regular period is not necessary unless you want to become pregnant, or you have severe PMS without bleeding which indicates an abnormality.
