Normal periods last anywhere from 4-7 days. It is perfectly normal for the duration to fluctuate. It becomes a problem if your period is longer than 7 days; such as lasting for 2 weeks for example. Also it is a problem if you are having periods less than 25 days apart, such as every 2 weeks.
