My period is missing... or am I pregnant?!

Sorry for the lengthy post. My only pregnancy scare risk happened on 17 July, my post is here:

So now My period is 4 days late (expected to come on 5 August) and it’s freaking me out. I have chronic anxiety and I feel these two weeks, my anxiety has been through the roof. I have difficulty sleeping and eating. I have taken couple of pregnancy tests and it’s all negative but my period is no where in sight. I did have some cramps last week, which lasted on and off for the entire week so I thought my period was about to come, but those signs have disappeared and my period is nowhere in sight. Any idea if that is normal?

My cycle is usually a 39 to 43 day cycle and I know there can be variations because it’s human nature.

My last period dates:
17 Oct 2018
3 Dec 2018
15 Jan 2019
26 Feb 2019
8 April 2019
17 May 2019
25 June 2019

I don’t know what to do, can someone please help me? Can I trust the negative pregnancy tests since I am already 4 days late?

Hello Anon

Since you're not having unprotected sex, you can't be pregnant. Trust the tests. You have a very long and irregular cycle so you don't really have an expected time for your period. You can't really tell if you are "late".
Your period will be along in due course.
