My period is now a week late. I have a regular cycle of 25-26 days it never fails if anything it would come earlier than expected. My last period was October 6th and last 4 days normal. and I was expecting it to come on the 31st or 1st of this month

But I only Had light red spotting a few days later on thursday. Which was only once when I wiped. Then a couple days later I started getting white discharge but still no period I've had cramps like my period is coming and really sore boobs for Almost 3 weeks now and just todayy 6 days later after I spotted last Thursday I had very pink slime discharge but only when I wiped this morning and still nothing else I went to my doctor this morning and took a pregnancy test but it came back negative. What could it be??
