Hi Guera!

Thank you for joining the EmpowHER community and for sharing your question! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing so much pain in your foot.

The can be many causes for this. If you could tell me a bit more about what you are experiencing exactly and when it throbs and swells the most, I can better help you pinpoint some reasons. What kind of work do you do? Are you on your feet all day? What type of shoes do you wear? Have you ever injured your foot in the past?

There are many sources of foot pain-anything from the bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles to even skin can be the cause of your unpleasant symptoms.

Guera, please give me a few more details so that I can better help you.

I look forward to hearing back from you!

Kristin
