My wife is 63 years old she got her Flu & Pnemonia shots. Last night she started having head ache & temperature 100.7 today she has 102.4 and head ache at what temp should we go to Doctor or hospital ?

You should use your judgment on this as you are there with her. If your wife is feeling very ill, don't wait for her temperature to worsen, call your doctor and/or seek medical help.
